Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degree; he is admitted to the Nigerian Bar.
Emmanuel is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, International Lawyers Association, International Lawyers Assisting Workers, African Arbitration Association, Abuja Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), and Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK).
Emmanuel was one-time Assistant Secretary and Treasurer of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch (Unity Bar).
Emmanuel has wealth of experience in litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, he has represented individuals, corporate bodies, and government agencies including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) and Chembio Diagnostics Systems Inc (USA) in different courts and tribunals.
Emmanuel advises, represents, and assists foreign company and individuals to obtain necessary permits and licenses that will aid their business operation in Nigeria.
Miss Chidimma Okafor
Chidimma Okafor is an attorney and solicitor licensed to practice in Nigeria.
She was called to the Nigerian bar in the year 2021 and has been in active practice since then.
She currently working with E. A Adedeji & Co, a foremost full service law firm in the Federal capital territory, Abuja with a deep and versed contemporary legal service.
Chidimma Okafor since called to the bar, has garnered experience across different areas of law and across practice groups encompassing litigation and dispute resolution, real estates, capital markets, transactional, business advisory and regulatory compliance.
She possess a passion for knowledge and growth in both litigation and corporate practice and have been consistently recognized for excellent performance and contribution to sucesss, growth, time management, analystical thinking.
She is also the current alternate secretary, Nigeria bar association (Unity bar) branch, Abuja section on business law.
Finally, she has interest in the wide spectrum of law, Nigerian economy and the world at large with special bias for corporate and commercial and business law, and a strong affinity with the Law of Taxation, real estate transactions and management, alternative dispute resolution and Energy and Gas law.

She has wealth of experience as a Para Legal and she currently works as a paralegal at E.A.Adedeji &Co.
